Latitude is the culmination of over 25 years' experience in senior marketing and commercial development roles. Steve has harboured the idea of providing businesses with a bespoke and personalised level of support services that draw directly upon considerable knowledge, commercial acumen and a strategic approach that is focused on outcomes as well as outputs. 

Our Vision & Mission

The main vision and mission for Latitude is built on three core principles:

- To provide businesses with flexible, fractional marketing and brand development support.

- To provide a cost effective alternative to full time senior hires, allowing clients to access senior level skills and experience on a scalable basis.

- To provide expertise on demand, helping clients deliver effective marketing and communications strategies which provide tangible results and returns.

 

The story of Latitude reflects the knowledge and experience gained by Steve Sherlock in a career which has spanned senior marketing and commercial development roles in London and the North West.

Having worked in the Arts, large scale Public Authorities, Marketing Agencies and Professional Services, Steve has an innate understanding of the organisational processes, commercial drivers and corporate planning which underpin successful brand positioning and effective operational product or service marketing for b2b and b2c markets.

Within roles which have included National Account Director, Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing and National Business Development Manager, Steve has worked with client organisations ranging from SMEs and Charities to Multinationals and regional Government. 

A key advantage Steve brings to Latitude and its clients, is the experience of working both in Agency and Client side environments - meaning that from development of a business case and marcomms strategy, through to building project, creative and campaign briefs, each project managed for clients is comprehensive, well informed and clearly communicated.
